Our site is a community service website, intended for LHBA members. It is not a commercial website and as such, information or data collected or developed from use of the site will not be used or shared with third parties for any commercial or other purpose. While our site is a public site and can be viewed by members and non-members, only members can create an account to post comments and/or participate in our discussion boards.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our site?

No information is collected from users who visit our site and do not create an account. Members, who wish to post comments and/or participate in discussion boards, will need to create an account and provide the following information: first/last name, email address.

Our website will maintain a record of member names, email addresses and their postings. Each post will include the member’s name which will be visible to the LHBA community. This information will be used for LHBA purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without the member’s permission. Such internal purposes may include, following up on posts and inquiries; calculating votes/responses to a posting, if applicable; or presenting an inquiry to LHBA Board Members for follow up correspondence.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

Yes. We use cookies on this site to provide users with an improved user experience based on previous site usage or activities. Changes to our Privacy Policy which will be posted on our Privacy Policy page. Continued used of the website, after the Privacy Policy has been updated will be considered acceptance of all new changes.
